In a 2012 lawsuit involving service of process on a governmental entity, succeeded in establishing improper service of process resulting in violation of statute of limitations and win for government client.
From 2013-2015, represented large insurance companies in approximately 80 arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association.
In 2016, succeeded at trial on breach-of-contract lawsuit.
In a 2019 defamation lawsuit, succeeded in reversing district court's dismissal of complaint, resulting in remand to district court for trial.
In a 2021 property-line dispute, succeeded in surviving summary judgment on the legal issue of the existence of a prescriptive easement.
In a 2021 estate-litigation matter, succeeded in surviving summary judgment on the legal issue of undue influence.
Successfully negotiated a number of hotly contested litigation matters, including matters involving estate administration, breach of contract, employment disputes, embezzlement, breach of fiduciary duty, property-line disputes, and a number of other civil litigation matters.
