A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and a former Minnesota Court of Appeals Judicial Law Clerk, Courtney leverages her wide range of experience to provide practical, informed, comprehensive counsel to clients.

Courtney focuses her practice on probate and estate litigation, as well as contested guardianship and conservatorship matters. She represents clients in court when disputes arise involving estates, fiduciary duties, and family conflict, providing clear, practical advocacy in high-stakes situations.
